Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual billing is available for a 15% discount. We do not accept wire transfers or invoicing at this time.
No. Unlike AWS Transfer Family or Azure Blob SFTP, which charge $0.04 to $0.08 per GB transferred, Bridglet includes unlimited uploads and bandwidth in every plan. Your monthly cost is entirely predictable.
Every plan bills from the first day, so you get the whole product from the start rather than a cut-down version of it. Cancel any time from the billing page.
We email you at 75% and 90% of your space. At 100% new uploads are refused until files are deleted, extra shared folders are bought, or the plan goes up. Nothing is deleted for you, and retention only ever runs on the schedule you set.
